This was fixed:

Fixed crash: When editing voice extractions with artificially created staves.
Fixed crash: When a graphic object was inserted at the page anchor and this action was undone.
When using two screens, the popup menus in the system template now appear in the correct place again.

- Rehearsal: Fixed crash when testing sound with silence enabled.
- MIDI options: These options now have a direct effect.
- Output devices: If the volume or velocity of the default sound was changed and the dialog was closed with "Cancel", the new values are now correctly ignored.
macOS: Format -- Systems -- Indent -- Coda: (i) field was too close to the text.
macOS: macOS 10.11 and 10.12 are no longer supported.
macOS: capella is now adapted to and released for macOS 13 (Ventura).
