Corrections and improvements

This was fixed:

Fixed sporadic crashes during audio play with voice extraction enabled
Fixed crash on line break insertion at the front of the stave, if the stave has no key and no time signature.
Introduced a more tolerant behaviour: It is possible now to open scores with orphaned graphic objects.
Introduced a more tolerant behaviour: It is possible now to open scores with graphic objects of unkown type.
The user guide did not contain any images
