Notes for UK customers

We are pleased to welcome you as our customer. Thank you very much for your trust in capella-software!

After our British software partners have retired, we will continue to serve their capella users from our headquarters near Kassel, Germany.

You now have a new customer number with us. With this number you will be able to log into your customer account. There you will find upgrade offers and other interesting content. However, setting up the customer account will take some time due to the large number of UK customers. We will inform you by email as soon as your customer account is set up.

At present, our English software is available in two versions - with musical terms in British and American English. From now on, we will focus on the further development of the American version. If you have capella 9, capella-scan 9 or any other current software, you can switch to the American version. For this version you will always receive updates that fix bugs and make working with capella even more comfortable. Otherwise, you can of course continue to use your British version. However, there will be no more updates for this version.

If you would like to switch, please contact us by email. Also, do not hesitate to write us if you have any questions.

If you need to re-download older program versions (e.g. capella 8), please send us an email as well. We will then provide you with the appropriate download link.
